I ran a 10 minutes geek session at the conference on Healthy Computing, nearly the conference participants went by the session.

I was so shocked that when asked the question “How many people believe they have had a health problem related to their computer use? “ over 60% of the people said yes! These ranged from eye fatigue to full blown RSI. 40% of people also used computers for, on average over 7 hours a day.

Deal with any problems early and don’t ignore them.
